Introduction
Free Foundation (FF) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO).
The main objective of FF is to promote a spirit of sharing and to encourage others to cherish and conserve material goods. Our foundation works to acquire unused and excessive supplies from commercial organizations. We then act as a platform to transfer these excessive goods to other charitable organizations that are in need. Through this work, it is our goal to see a reduction of waste and to address the problem of mismatched resources.
In the commercial sector, it is common for businesses to produce excessive material goods in order to meet the market demand. On the other hand, it is also common for commercial organizations to purchase excessively before realizing they have an overstock of unneeded items.
There are many small and lesser known non-profit organizations operating in our communities. Many of them are struggling to run their organizations as they are unable to acquire sponsorship or the resources they need.
Therefore it is FF's desire to assist commercial businesses by relieving them of the burden of having excessive stock, and to match them with small NGOs who are in need of items that may otherwise go to waste.
This is our mission.

Regular Activities
Initiative collection
FF will take the initiative to contact commercial organizations to find suitable donate items and to provide a list of suitable donors. FF will take the initiative to contact small and medium-sized non-profit organization in hong kong FF will set up a database and an online platform for the both the donors and beneficiaries.
Target Goal of Free Festival
The target goal is to let those living in Hong Kong the meaning of sharing and cherish. It is important that we understand the idea of environment protection begins in the mind and through the act of sharing resources not only would we be able to experience how blessed we are, but it would also reduce unnecessary wastage. environment protection begins with small step in life.
Mid-term Goal
FF will regularly organize free festival activities in order to deliver the message across. In order to develop "share and cherish" thinking, one would rely on physical participation. by participating in the yearly Free Festival activities one would be reminded of the message.
Short-term Target
Our short-term goal is to collect useful materials from organizations then donate these materials to charitable organizations. We believe that there is no shortage of resources in Hong Kong, but the problem lies in the unequal distribution of resources. it is common to donate money, however society are numbed by these donation requests, what is more, there is a concern on the large "administrative fee". Therefore, we believe that the most effective and simple way is to donate new supplies for those who are in need.
